RETURNS POLICY

Please process your return through our Returns Centre. Have your order number ready and follow the prompts on the screen.

Full price items: Are eligible for a full refund or a 110% credit note.

Returned full price items must be returned in their original condition as purchased. They cannot be worn, used, stained, washed or altered in any way. They must have any labels, tags and/or hygiene stickers attached and be folded in the garment bag they came in.

Site Wide Sales and Promotions: All full priced items that are included in a site wide sale event or promotion are eligible for refund or credit note. If a credit note is chosen, this will be issued at the original value of the order.

Sale items: With markdown slash through pricing are eligible for refund or credit note. If a credit note is chosen, this will be issued at the original value of the order.it

Final sale items: Are not eligible for a returns or refunds, unless an item is deemed faulty.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.

Due to the fast turn over of stock, Mon Renn is unable to process exchanges.



RETURNS TIMEFRAMES

If you wish to return a full price item, the item must be returned within the below timeframes:

Australian Orders..................................................within 21 days of Delivery Date

International Orders..............................................within 30 days of Delivery Date



RETURNS POSTAGE

Simply email info@monrenn.com stating your order number and reason for return. 

Once your request has been approved, you will receive a postage label, please place this label onto your parcel and take it to your local post office or red postal bin.

An $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label

Once we receive your return we will process your refund



MON RENN is not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit. Any returned items that are not received by MON RENN will not be issued a refund.




AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

HOW TO RETURN:

 

  1. Re-pack your item with labels and tags still attached in the garment bag it arrived in.
  2. Pack your item into an appropriate postal package.

  3. Email  info@monrenn with your order number, the reason for your return, and the item(s) you will be returning to initiate your return request.

  4. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a return postage label via email. Print the label and attach it securely to your parcel.

  5. Take your parcel to your local post office or place it in a red postal bin to send it back.

  6. An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

HOW TO RETURN:

  • Re-pack your item with labels and tags still attached in the garment bag it arrived in.
  • Pack your item into an appropriate post package.
  • Email info@monrenn.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and the item(s) you will be returning.
  • Proceed to your preferred postal or courier outlet, pay for tracked return postage and post the package back to the address on the Returns Label.
  • Keep your proof of postage / tracking number for your reference

RETURNS PROCESSING

Upon receiving your return, your items will be inspected before a refund.

Returns for refund are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

You will be informed via the email address you used to place your order once the refund transaction has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment source. Paypal refunds typically process same day, however credit card refunds can take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to revert the funds to your account.

If a return does not follow the above policy delays can be expected in the processing of the return and in some cases will not be honoured by MON RENN.

MON RENN reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or outside of the advised return period.

You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.



INCORRECT ITEMS

On rare occasions there is an error during order fulfilment and the incorrect item is dispatched. All incorrect items are eligible for return for replacement or a refund within a 30 day period of receiving your purchase.

If you have received an incorrect item please contact us at info@monrenn.com quoting your order number and include a description and image/s of the error.

We cannot accept liability for an item until it has been confirmed as incorrect by MON RENN 

Once confirmed, we will provide you with a postage paid Australia Post returns label to send back the incorrect item.

Upon receiving the incorrect item, we will process either a refund or send out the correct item.
