INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE 

Due to recent tariff changes, we are currently unable to ship to the United States. We are actively working to resolve this issue and hope to resume shipping as soon as possible. *Free Shipping is valid for orders that total AUS $200.00 or more that are being delivered to an Australian shipping address. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and will be shipped via Australia eParcel Post Standard.

Standard Shipping delivery is typically within 6-10 business days of your Shipping Confirmation Email, dependant on your shipping address.

Express Shipping delivery is typically within 2-5 business days of your Shipping Confirmation Email, dependant on your shipping address.

All international orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you may be required to collect your item at your local depot or post office.

NOTE: International shipping times vary per destination. These advised timelines do not include any customs processing delays that may occur when the shipment arrives in your country.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, GST, VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. Any customs or import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you believe you reside in a country that may impose charges of this nature, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

 

DELAYS AND ISSUES WITH DELIVERY

In most cases, orders placed after 2PM AEST/AEDT will be packed and dispatched the following business day.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct and that someone will be present during the hours of delivery to receive the delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided or for deliveries that are delivered unattended.

Should you experience delays or issues with your delivery, we recommend you directly contact Australia Post and quote your tracking number. The carrier is best placed to resolve these issues quickly.
